When it used as fixed casing scraper, as long as increase adjustable pad locates in top sub to make it not rotate, otherwise decrease adjustable pad, it will be used as rotating casing scraper. It is mainly used in cleaning cement, sandy, residual bullets, scratches, paraffin, burs and other attachments from inner wall of casing, in order to keep inner wall of casing clean.
Brush scraper consists of top sub, spring,upper brush body part,brush body seat, cylinder liner,lower brush body seat, lower brush body part, spacer sleeve,middle spacer sleeve,limit body,mandrel and lower sub etc. It mainly depends on the upper hairbrush and lower hairbrush to scrub and clean the inner wall of casing pipe during working. When operating in a shallow well, it mainly depends on the lower hairbrush to scrub and clean
the inner wall of casing pipe; after scraping to a certain depth, the scraping quality will degrade due to the abrasion of hairbrush, so when the tool descends to the desired depth, the hairbrush body will automatically stretch out to participate in scrubbing and cleaning, so as to ensure the cleaning quality of casing pipe in the whole operation process.

Casing Scraper removes rust, scale, cement, mud, bullets, paraffin, perforation burrs and other obstructions or foreign material from the inside walls of casing.
Maintaining a clean casing is important during drilling operation, fishing or wireline tools. Likewise, packers, patches, spears, and similar tools require clean surfaces to grip. Obstructions on casing walls frequently cause these tools to fail or become difficult to operate.
Our Casing Scraper removes deposits, burrs, and irregularities from casing that might cause trouble during the operation of packers or other close tolerance equipment.
Casing Scraper has two sets of blades. Each blade is constructed using high quality cast steel for excellent scraping characteristics and long-lasting durability. These scraper blades are designed to scrape over 360º of surface area. The scraper blades are designed with a long taper for passing through casing connections with minimal chance of hanging up.
Operation
The Casing Scraper is normally connected to the work string with a drill bit attached at the bottom. Simply run the scraper into the casing or tubing using rotation or spudding to clean the inside wall of the pipe.
